The Contelec portfolio includes non-contacting and contactless rotary sensors plus precision potentiometers (conductive plastic potentiometers and cermet potentiometers). All sensors are available in three categories:
- Standard products: standard components
- Individual standard products: custom-adapted standard components
- Tailor-made solutions: special individual solutions that can be produced economically even in the smallest of batches.
Depending on customer requirements, Contelec can develop products that are configured for functional safety (FuSi, SIL) or certified to a range of standards (ECE E1, Germanischer Lloyd, etc.). On request, we will take care of the certification for individual solutions.

The many variation options include custom angle and linear position ranges, different housing and axis types and a choice of sizes.
Individual versions of the electrical connection also form part of Contelec’s individual standard products program. Depending on the format, there is also an option of multiple angle signals, with both rising and falling output signals. Rotary encoders can also be provided with switching functions with freely definable switching points.
